‘Osama’ is a reliable distribution partner operating in Lithuania and Latvia. The structure and activities are organized in a way that would help distribute goods to all possible points of sale and would allow achieving the best sales results. There are five branches in Lithuania operating in major cities:
- Vilnius;
- Kaunas;
- Klaipėda;
- Šiauliai;
- Panevėžys.
The goods are promptly distributed even to the remotest areas. Customer service managers regularly visit the customers, form purchase orders and encourage purchases by informing about the ongoing campaigns. The chosen goods distribution system allows constantly keeping in touch with customers, to know and understand their expectations and needs and react accordingly. Order-making system is tailored fulfil each customer's needs. The customer can order the goods through the customer service managers, by toll-free telephone and e-mail.
Due to constantly increasing basket of represented goods and active sales team, the number of serviced customers is increasing every year: currently, in Lithuania we have more than 4500 customers. They are distributed in the following sales channels:
- trade chains;
- individual retail stores;
- Cash&Carry type stores;
- bars, restaurants, hotels;
- petrol stations;
- kiosks;
- schools;
- various companies and organizations purchasing goods for their own use.
In Latvia, we have a division in Riga and the work is organized in the same principle as in Lithuania. We have 2500 Latvian customers.
